• Bob AI (bob.teninvent.ro) — an AI agent platform with chat, email integration, and document processing
• Ten Survey (survey.teninvent.ro) — a survey creation, distribution, and analytics platform
• Web games — free browser-based casual games
• Custom software development, consulting, and cloud architecture services

2. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Gmail Integration (Bob AI)

When using Bob AI's Gmail integration:

• You authorize us to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0
• Email data is processed by AI models for triage, summarization, and reply suggestions
• You retain full ownership of your email content
• You can disconnect Gmail and request deletion of synced data at any time
• We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements

4. AI-Generated Content

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate content, including:

• Chat responses and conversations
• Email summaries, drafts, and suggested replies
• Survey questions
• Document analysis and summaries

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the services to send unsolicited bulk communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Ten Invent SRL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through our services
• By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services
• Our open-source projects (e.g., Bob AI) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as specified in their repositories

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
