The story

TEN INVENT is a software consultancy founded by Ion Anghel, a senior engineer with 20 years in the industry — including ~7 years at Ubisoft as Software Architect and Engineering Manager. The pattern was always the same: companies need senior engineering, but agencies add layers of overhead that slow everything down.

So we built something different. A consultancy where a senior engineer works directly on your problems — no project managers in the middle, no junior developers learning on your budget. Engagements are flexible: hourly / time-and-materials, remote, B2B — for product companies, agencies, and enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 work.

How we think about AI

AI is a capability, not our identity. Like MySQL, like Docker, like any other piece of infrastructure — we use it when it makes sense and skip it when it doesn't. No hype, no buzzwords.

We use modern AI-assisted tooling for faster delivery, and we bring deep hands-on experience with AI integration — LLM APIs, agent architectures, RAG pipelines — when a project calls for it. Every line is reviewed by a senior engineer. We're engineers first.
